Hypersthene also goes by another name, “Orthopyroxene”, but Hypersthene is the more commonly used. Hypersthene is found across several parts of the world, predominantly in regions of North America, like the US and Canada. In Europe, the crystal is found in countries such as Sweden, Norway, Greenland, and the Czech Republic. Other places where the stone has been discovered are parts of Australia and New Zealand.
